When you join our Discord server and complete the verification process, your Discord nickname will automatically be set to match your Steam name. This ensures consistency across our community platforms.
Updating Your Nickname
If you change your Steam name after verification, your nickname will not automatically update on our website or Discord. To refresh your nickname manually, follow these steps:
By following these steps, you can make sure your Discord nickname stays consistent with your Steam identity across our community.
- Log out from our website.
Click on your steam name in the top right of the website then click on Logout.
- Sign back in using Steam. This will automatically update both your Discord nickname and your website username to match your current Steam name.
Alternatively, our website will automatically update nicknames every few months, so your new Steam name will eventually be synced. However, for the most up-to-date nickname, logging out and back in is the quickest way to ensure it’s updated.
This does not change your username only your nickname on our server.
