No other farm can interact with said factory.\ 1.5 No bug abusing or exploiting or trolling. * If two farms want the same land at a similar time a auction will be organized with the extra money being distributed among all farms except the buyer. * Most decisions will be voted by a council of a odd number to have a majority vote.
